Yes, I would like SOFY GmbH ("edupression®") to submit the DiGA edupression.com® prescription - the "prescription" - for me directly to the statutory health insurance company I have specified and, if necessary, to support me in setting up the DiGA edupression®. I consent to the processing of my personal data, including special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR, for the implementation of the edupression® prescription service as described in the Privacy Policy described; this includes: • the transmission of my data to edupression® (name, e-mail, telephone number, prescription, prescription data and doctor/therapist), the transmission of my data to edupression® (name, e-mail, telephone number, prescription, prescription data and doctor/therapist), • the storage of the above-mentioned data by edupression®, • edupression® checks the above-mentioned data for completeness and any contraindications, including contacting me, my prescribing doctor's surgery (including doctor and surgery staff) and/or my health insurance company by telephone or electronically in the event of any queries, • forwarding my prescription to my health insurance company, • the anonymization of the data for statistical evaluation by edupression®. I am aware that the use of unencrypted communication (for example when using e-mail or fax-services) involves risks that I accept. This consent is voluntary and can be revoked by me at any time and without giving reasons, for example by e-mail to rezept.service@edupression.com , can be revoked for the future.

Do you have a prescription for edupression? This is how it works.

To be able to use the edupression app, you need a 16-digit activation code to activate the app. You will receive the code from your statutory health insurance provider. You then submit your prescription to your health insurance company. You can either do this yourself (see health insurance finder) or use our free prescription service. Please note: Your prescription for edupression app is valid for 28 days from the day of issue and must be submitted to your health insurance company by you or us beforehand.
