Do you like edupression so much that you’d like to continue your digital therapy? We’re so glad to hear that! If you’d like to use edupression for another 3 months, please make sure to get the renewed activation code in time. As a self-paying patient, you can request the code from MediService (contact@mediservice.ch) by email. MediService will generate the code and bill you for it.

To make sure you don’t miss the deadline, we’ll send you an email reminding you when your current subscription period is about to end. As soon as you receive this email, you can take care of your prolongation.

You’ll receive the activation code from our partner, MediService. It’s best to have the code ready before your 3-month initial subscription period expires so you can enter it into the app in time. Otherwise, all your app entries will be deleted for data protection reasons. It would be a shame if your therapy history were lost this way!
