Get your follow-up prescription

You like edupression so much that you want to continue your digital therapy? That makes us very happy! You can extend your use of edupression by 3 months with a follow-up prescription. Make sure to get your follow-up prescription from your practitioner in good time. To ensure that you don’t miss the deadline, we will send you an email reminding you when your current usage period is about to expire. As soon as you receive this email, you can arrange for your new prescription. You will receive your follow-up prescription in the same way as the initial one: from your practitioner or via online video consultation.

How to get a prescription

Use our prescription service

We will send your follow-up prescription to your health insurance company and request a new DiGA code. As you are already using edupression, you do not have to re-register after submitting your prescription; you can continue your therapy directly in the app.

Note: After submitting your follow-up prescription via our prescription service, you will receive an automatic email from us. As you are already registered with edupression, you can simply ignore this email.

As with the initial prescription, you will receive a DiGA code from your health insurance provider after submitting your follow-up prescription. It is best to have the code ready before your 3-month initial usage period expires so that you can enter it into the app in good time. Otherwise, all your app entries will be deleted for data protection reasons. It would be a shame if your therapy progress to date were lost in this way!
